Fair Trade

Any woods sourced from outside of Ireland (New & Reclaimed) are sourced  from FSC certified suppliers only. 

All waxes used are REACH Certified.  

All of our Irish partners are Artisan Craftsmakers adhering to local Irish Standards, all with an ethos of sustainability. 

Fair Trade Practices 

Where sourcing directly we visited all our non-Eu partners to ensure working conditions, and employee contracts, are to international standards, coupled with original certifications required to ensure the same. 

We deal with various artisan co-ops & traditional manufacturers and each have slightly different policies but overall, the following is fairly standard:

• Healthcare is provided to all staff and their families
• No children are employed within the factories
• 10 Hour working days max with scheduled breaks ( Usually 8am - 7pm ) 

When sourcing via an import partner, we ensure accreditation to EU Eco Standards.
